With over 21 years of hands-on experience, I specialize in helping business owners, investors, and developers navigate sales, leasing, acquisitions, entitlements, and investment strategies. As a CCIM Designee, I bring advanced expertise in financial and investment analysis to every transaction. My OSHA 30 certification ensures I approach development sites, inspections, and tenant improvements with a strong focus on safety and compliance.

- CCIM Designation – Earned through the CCIM Institute, the global standard for commercial real estate professionals. This elite credential demonstrates advanced expertise in commercial investment real estate, including financial analysis, market evaluation, investment decision modeling, user/buyer decision processes, negotiation, and ethical standards. CCIM Designees represent the top tier of specialists in brokerage, investment, development, and advisory roles.
- OSHA 30 Certified – Completed the U.S. Department of Labor’s 30-hour Outreach Training Program, equipping me with in-depth knowledge of workplace safety and health standards.
